Lunchtime walking club

You deserve a lunchtime break – we all deserve a lunchtime break, so let’s use that time wisely and move our bodies, smell the air, get some natural daylight and get our heart rate up a little. We need to walk fast enough that it would be difficult to hold a conversation. Perhaps start with a 5-minute power walk and work upwards. Enjoy it!
