Instructions: Gently tilt your head toward your right shoulder and try to touch it with your ear. Don’t raise your shoulder.

When you can feel the stretch, hold for 3 seconds, then return to the start position.
Repeat the Move on the other side.

Instructions: Hold you hand out so the palm is flat and facing the ground.

With your other hand, gently pull the fingers up and hold for 5 seconds.

Then push your fingers down to feel a stretch in your wrist.

Swap hands and repeat the Move.
