Instructions: Follow the dial on the video; breathe in through your nose for a count of 4 seconds. Take in as much air as you can, and really try and fill the whole of your lungs.

Hold your breath for 4 seconds.

Exhale for 4 seconds, this time out of your mouth. Try and empty your lungs.

Hold your breath for 4 seconds.
