You're cooking on gas with this Challenge, try these to make it harder

Once you can comfortably sit for 60 seconds, try this one. We’re bringing our arms into play to make it a little harder.

When you can comfortably sit for 60 seconds and with raised arms, try this last step in the challenge and include some weights!

Instructions: Back flat against the wall.

Knees bent at 90 degrees.

Watch the clock on screen. 60 seconds.

If you can’t do 60, don’t worry. Stick at it.

You need to do four of these a day to get to your target!
